If you follow us, you should know that FAMAC is a genuinely Brazilian industry with more than 76 years of experience in the market, which produces and sells motor pumps for different segments and applications. That's right, we are already septuagenarians! But believe me, we have a youthful mindset, which says a lot about us.
In these years, a lot has happened and continues to happen every day here at the company. We grew up learning from daily practice, we researched a lot to develop new products and look for news, we invested in technology, processes and, of course, in people. This makes us mature, experienced and possessing incredible knowledge not only about the pumps themselves, but also about how to solve problems that require pumping, pressurizing or transferring liquids from one place to another.
Based on our beliefs that:
- In everything we set out to do, we learn something new;
- Knowledge gives us tools to build our own destiny; It is
- Sharing knowledge is the engine of development;
we decided to invest efforts in a corporate education project, improving existing internal training tools and expanding the field of action beyond the company's limits.
This is how Educa FAMAC was born, a project whose purpose is to contribute to the training and continuous improvement of both its employees and partners, teachers and students who come to work on projects or with applications involving pumps and motor pumps.

Educates for the Technical Assistance network
For our technical assistance network – almost 600 accredited establishments throughout the national territory, we have an online course platform composed of Learning Paths developed to meet the training and improvement demands of technical maintenance professionals who work in this wide network.
We think the following: when one of these assistance services hires a new employee, he can find the concepts he needs to understand about pumps and motor pumps in a course that makes up this track. We also include detailed and very didactic videos that teach you step by step disassembly and assembly of the main lines of FAMAC products sold in the state in which the assistance in which he will work is located.
Are you going to say that it is not much easier for a new employee to start working with this resource? We have only received positive feedback and that makes us sure YES!
But the Learning Trail is not just for new employees, no! It can be carried out by every assistance employee, after all, people can always learn something new, such as the use of a tool, relevant theoretical knowledge or a practice to facilitate their work.
The cool thing is that these Learning Trails are updated from time to time, whenever a new product enters the FAMAC portfolio or when the assistants themselves request something that can contribute to their work routine. This contributes to the company having more and more high-quality professionals serving its customers.

Educate for our customers
Another front of action for Educa FAMAC concerns our customers, such as specialized dealers, cooperatives and even end customers, users of our products. Knowing the constructive characteristics and particularities of a motor pump is fundamental both to choose to buy and to carry out a sale correctly. That's why we value so much these trainings, customized according to the specific needs of the client and can be done in person or virtually, both at the client and here at the FAMAC factory.
Educates for teachers and students
Finally, Educa's most recent activity front, which started last year, is working with teaching institutions that have technical or higher level courses in areas related to the segments in which our products are used. For them, Educa FAMAC foresees the opening of the factory for face-to-face technical visits, including a tour of the production, the presentation of products in the showroom and also demonstrations of tests in the laboratory. And for those groups that can't make it here, we can arrange a “virtual visit”, after all, technology is there to bring us closer together!
We also really enjoy participating in events, fairs and academic shows that institutions usually hold and we've done this both in person and virtually, see?
We believe that actions like these make it possible for the knowledge acquired over the 76 years of existence of FAMAC to reach students and contribute to their training.
