A FAMAC raises the bar for its renowned line FBS-NG with the introduction of two new series of centrifugal pumps, designed to optimize efficiency in a variety of applications. These launches will be presented at the second edition of IFAT Brazil - International Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Drainage and Waste Recovery Solutions. The fair will take place in São Paulo from June 25 to 27, at São Paulo Expo.
FBS-NG-MC: Maximum Efficiency and Robustness for Solids Transport
Meeting the growing demands for energy-efficient pumping solutions capable of handling heavy fluids, FAMAC launches the FBS-NG-MC. Equipped with latest generation closed single-channel rotors, this series redefines energy efficiency in its category.
First of all, one of the great advantages of the FBS-NG-MC is its impressive solids passing capacity of up to 95 mm. This capacity, in fact, guarantees continuous pumping, minimizing the risk of blockages, a critical factor in challenging applications. Additionally, the line offers a wide range of powers, ranging from 15 to 40 hp. Thus, This range allows the selection of the ideal model for each specific need, from industrial effluent treatment plants to sanitary pumping systems.
FBS-NG-RSA: Effective and Reliable Drainage in Adverse Conditions
For drainage applications that require robustness and reliability in challenging terrain, FAMAC presents the new series FBS-NG-RSA. Designed specifically for drainage services, this line offers powers from 5 to 25 hp, adapting to different scales of operation.
A highlight of the FBS-NG-RSA is its intelligent design, incorporating sieves with support base. This innovative feature ensures that the pump remains stable on unstable ground, preventing sinking and ensuring continuous and efficient operation. In addition, the screens act as protective barrier against the entry of solids with dimensions greater than 5 mm. This feature will prevent damage to the rotor, thus extending the equipment's service life.
FBS-NG-JAC Shredders
Additionally, FAMAC offers pumps with a suction crusher system (FBS-NG-JAC), with powers from 1 to 40 hp. These models are especially suitable for applications that require high pressures, such as in mountainous regions, for example.
For the sanitation market, FBS-NG also offers models with integrated crushing technology. This is a highly functional solution that optimizes the pumping process by reducing the size of solids. In addition, it facilitates transportation and protects downstream equipment.
Accessories
A wide range of accessories is available for the FAMAC FBS-NG and FBS-NG-JAC submersible pumps. These include electronic monitoring units for temperature and mechanical seal failure, hose elbows, adapters and pedestals.
In particular, the pedestal system allows the pump to be installed on pumping stations, which allows it to be removed for maintenance without having to empty the well. This functionality, in turn, optimizes the process and reduces costs.
It is important to highlight that FAMAC offers pedestal systems for all its submersible pumps, including compact models from 0,5 hp. The latter, in fact, are ideal for smaller pumping stations.
