Brazilian sanitation
The sanitation market has been a focus of investment in Brazil and Latin America. In fact, countries have sought to implement public policies:

Translated into numbers, this means resources of around US$812 billion, which could generate 3,6 million jobs.
A IFAT Brazil carried out a survey of the sanitation market. According to Renan, Brazil would be the largest investment, with an amount ranging from 115 to 154 billion dollars in 2033. “Chile has successfully invested in this sector, with positive returns for the population. Our country has followed this path and should achieve universalization goals if the pace of work continues in the coming years”, he assesses.
The sanitation market for FAMAC Motobombas
Corroborating the same thought, Glauco Cisz, engineer at FAMAC Motobombas, highlights that Marco encouraged the industry to invest even more in developing new products for this purpose.
In fact, with the expansion of FBS-NG line of submersible motor pumps with power up to 30 HP, FAMAC can meet highly demanding applications. The line serves flows of up to 500 m3/h, pressures up to 58 mca and passage of solids up to 90mm.
Nas FBS-NG the engines are assembled without oil. For Glauco, in addition to facilitating maintenance, this innovative practice in Brazil puts FAMAC in line with environmental trends and the challenges assumed with the Sanitation Framework.
FAMAC offers the FBS-NG-JAC models as an option, with a solid crusher system, facilitating the repression of effluents with debris that is difficult to pump. This reduces the risk of clogging and stoppages in treatment plants and pumping stations. The equipment has a semi-open impeller/rotor and a crushing device made of heat-treated stainless steel. The 15 to 30 HP models reach a hardness greater than 55 HRc, guaranteeing high durability for the set.
Glauco ends by highlighting a major differentiator of FAMAC: concern with delivery times. “Many manufacturers provide products with long delivery times, which can compromise the work execution schedule. We have a stock of parts and products ready for delivery and are ready to serve customers and support dealerships to meet their universalization goals.”
