FGN-00 motor pump rotor
All of this was certainly considered by our engineering team when it came to developing the FGN-00.
Constructed with an iron body (housing) and semi-open aluminum rotor, it serves very well for use in clean and potable water, even with some impurities.
In addition, the semi-open rotor makes it possible to work in liquids that have some solid particles in suspension, such as small leaves or small debris.
In this way, pumping takes place without difficulties, as unlike the closed impeller, the semi-open impeller manages to do so without clogging problems.
In this sense, another interesting point is that the rotor of the new pump FGN-00 It is made from SAE323 aluminum, a non-ferrous alloy that prevents rotors from experiencing the common oxidation wear that most other aluminum alloys experience.
In addition, SAE323 aluminum, from FGN-00 has features like:
- Good fluidity,
- Good corrosion resistance, and
- Indicated for parts that require good tightness.
